IMTM VPN Setup

These steps must be followed to setup the IMTM VPN connection

  • On the page https://www.fortinet.com/support/product-downloads#vpn download software named FortiClient VPN. There are versions for various operation systemsimage-2023-10-3_11-21-49.png
  • Install the FortiClient VPN on your device/computer
  • FortiClient installator adds this icon image-2023-10-3_11-49-38.pnginto tray icons. Clicking on this icon by right mouse button displays local menu
  • Create new ticket into IMTM Helpdesk to allow VPN connection for your UPOL domain account, In the ticket you must identify computers and devices you need connection.

  • When your helpdesk ticket is resolved and your VPN access is granted, then open FortiClient VPN to setup it.

  • After successful installation and setup, you can establish new VPN connection to IMTM network.
